Principal Accountabilities

• Sort recycled materials from trash and place in appropriate bin.

• Complete pallet/ spacer sorting and washing activities.

• Complete trash pickup around grounds of facility.

• Assist compactor operator as needed

• Must maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma

• Effective communication skills (written, oral, verbal)

• Must be able to work overtime and weekends (typically 6-day work week)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using large trash compactor

• Bilingual – English & Spanish
