Amazon LATAM Regional Media Manager, LATCANZ Paid Media in Mexico City, Mexico

The Prime Video Regional Media Manager is a single-threaded owner of paid media campaigns, including offline (TV, OOH, Radio) and online (OLV, Social, Display), to drive and convert awareness and interest into acquisition outcomes for LATAM local content (movies/series) campaigns. This role has multi-territory scope managing stakeholders in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina and Colombia as well as engaging with media peers in the region and globally.

Key job responsibilities

The Regional Media Manager is 100% responsible for Media Planning and Optimization, KPI management dashboards consolidation and analysis, reports standardization among different agencies and to scale media guidelines and insights, with the objective of media effectiveness and efficiency. Conduct in depth analysis on full funnel media results to optimize title growth strategy. This role is part of a flex regional media team in which scope can change in regards to type of product: single title/multi-title, branding and sports campaigns briefing, approval, implementation and optimization as well as geographic coverage: LATAM, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or country specific.

This role is also the single media owner for the campaigns allocated in their scope having to align and engage with performance&growth media team to set strategy for 1P and ADSP pillars of their media plan.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management

  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeting

  • Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
