Amazon Principal Digital Marketer, Amazon Employer Brand in Seattle, Washington

Description

The Amazon Talent Acquisition Team is looking to hire a Principal Digital Marketer to join our newly formed Central Employer Brand team. This role will own Amazon.jobs content strategy and user experience (UX) to enable a consistent brand experience and candidate journey across the 115mm+ annual visits. They will work closely with Recruiting Engine (RE) and will be responsible for auditing and defining a pan-Amazon content strategy for Amazon.jobs including UX analysis, optimizing legacy pages and formulating SLA’s for the launch of new pages. This includes establishing site-wide content guidelines and partnering with RE to recommend technological and user experience improvements to the site.

  • Develop and implement digital content strategy for Amazon.jobs to improve overall candidate experience.

  • Utilize SEO analytics and SEM techniques to increase traffic and visibility of Amazon.jobs.

  • Lead the development, curation and deployment of effective content to attract, engage and retain visitors.

About the team

The newly formed Central Employer Brand team is seeking a forward-thinking Sr. digital marketing manager who will join a team of employer brand marketers responsible for attracting and engaging top talent around the world. This person will develop and implement marketing strategies & programs to acquire candidates across digital platforms.

The role requires a passion for digital media and an intense curiosity about the future of how jobseekers look for their next career. The ideal candidate must be able to guide indirect/matrixed resources. This person must also possess the aptitude to analyze and present break-through analytics on program performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging

  • Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives

  • Develop and implement digital content strategy for job site to improve overall candidate experience.

  • Utilize SEO analytics and SEM techniques to increase traffic and visibility of job site.

  • Lead the development, curation and deployment of effective content to attract, engage and retain visitors.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
